ENGLISH SUIT:
- Gold Package: from EUR 498.00 Click here to order
Description:
An Englishman often wears suits that follow traditional style, particularly so that it looks just like his father’s and grandfather’s suits. In fact, if possible, he will wear those suits that have been passed down to him. If not, he will get them altered so that they fit his figure. The Englishman sees himself as a part of the whole; his suit must not express individuality.
The Classic English suit has two long side vents. They enable the wearer to put his hands in his pockets comfortably, a habit that, although considered to be bad manners in Germany, is acceptable in England. The main purpose of an English suit is to give the wearer a very well put-together look and not to show off.
Characteristics: Double Breasted 4 Buttons 1 Close / Peak lapel / 2 sides vents / 1 Straight pocket

In contrast with the English and the Italian, the French are not so particular about how they are dressed. Additionally, they are not the kind of people who like to show off. Given this, our French suit is discreet yet sophisticated, especially with its two slanted pockets. Originally, the French liked to put their theater tickets in the second small pocket of their suits.
There is no vent in the jacket of our French suit, as the French seldom seat while wearing their jackets. In fact, before driving, the French man will take his jacket off.

Typically, shirts paired with the imperial suit are also mandarin-collar-shirts. Since mandarin collars are short and do not fold over, neckties are not worn with mandarin-collared dress shirts. Mandarin collars are often referred to as "band collars."
